A follow tracker posts every new account that one X account starts following.
Every 5 seconds, the bot checks the tracked account's Following list for new accounts.
When first created or re-armed, the bot reads the current Following list (roughly the most recent 300 accounts) without announcing anything. Only follows made after that moment announce.
New follows announce oldest-first, up to 3 per check. The bot remembers the last 1,000 accounts seen, so unfollowing and re-following one of those stays silent.

The follow tracker form has no message, image, link or button fields.
The card opens with the follow graphic (or the followed account's avatar), then a stats table — Followers, Following, Posts, Joined — and the account's bio. Recent posts and a contract-address block appear once found.
Buttons under the card: View <name> opens the account's profile; Fetch 5 most recent posts (then Fetch 5 more posts) adds the account's posts to the card; Fetch <name> Followers posts the account's complete follower list into the group.
The full card anatomy is covered in chapter 2.9.
